Speech-impaired man defiles 13-year-old daughter in Lagos
The Lagos state police has arrested a 43-year-old man who has speech and hearing challenges for allegedly defiling his 13-year-old daughter.  The suspect identified as Muritala Owolabi Bakare, committed the said offence at Igando area of Lagos.  He wrote on a piece of paper at Igando police station yesterday;  “I am sorry about my activities, I rape my daughter, I have learnt some lesson, rape is bad." Divisional police officer Taiwo Kasumu said the suspect has been charged to court over the offence. The post Speech-impaired man defiles 13-year-old daughter in Lagos appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
