Regina Askia took to Instagram to share the excitement of her daughter, Teesa Williams, graduating from High School and beginning a new journey in College.  The former beauty queen and actress shared a graduation photo of Tessa, 18, and further disclosed that she is starting off a Pre-Law degree in Business Administration.
